Rehabilitation works on electricity networks inaugurated in Santiago
The total investment of the project is 2 200 million pesos
The rehabilitated power line grids in Mella, Cienfuegos, Santiago, were inaugurated this Monday.
The total investment of the project, which is developed by EDENORTE and will culminate in 2012 reaches RD $ 2.200 million pesos.
The vice president of the Dominican Corporation of State Electrical Companies (CDEEE), Celso Marranzini, made these declarations as he walked in the streets of the sector, where 2,500 customers (homes and businesses) will now receive 24 hours of electricity.
The general program of rehabilitation of electricity networks will be extended to Bonao, Cotuí, La Vega, Santiago, Puerto Plata, Sosua, San Francisco de Macoris, Hermanas Mirabal and Mao, Valverde, and aims to offer better service to 95.820 people.
